I must say though, that there is a term used in reference to a police wagon, where the people in the video are calling it a "Paddy Wagon" . I don't know if you know this, but that term is a derrogatory term toward the Irish, and people of Irish decent,brought about by the Early Yankees and blue bloods of New England where I live. It was a racial slur aimed specifically toward the Irish immigrants new to this country. When they started getting arrested for being unruly, or fighting for equal rights, the police wagon started getting called the "Paddy Wagon" of which some people in the first episode make reference too.
